About our Founder
I’m Dr. Britt Safstrom, a native Floridian, a new mom, and a devoted park lover who believes family travel should feel both joyful and genuinely restful. For nearly two decades, I’ve supported children and families with a wide range of needs, including ADHD/ADD, Autism, Specific Learning Disabilities, Developmental Delays, Traumatic Brain Injuries, and Downs Syndrome.

I was married at Walt Disney World, and some of my most treasured memories live inside the Walt Disney World resort. I also know how intense the parks can feel when you’re juggling strollers, schedules, and emotions all at once. My heart lives in that in‑between space—where luxury, comfort, and ease meet the beautiful reality of traveling with children.

Compass Haven Collective grew out of that blend of experience and love for travel. The company was created so families like yours can savor elevated resort and park days, knowing your children are cared for with warmth, discretion, and thoughtful attention to every detail.
