Resort Support

Half day (4 hours): $220
Full day (8 hours): $440

Additional hours available at $55/hr

This service provides friendly, professional childcare right at your hotel or resort. We help with fun activities, watch the kids while they swim, and stay with them so you can enjoy a relaxing dinner or date night. Our caregivers make sure your children are safe and happy while giving you a much-needed break.

Theme Park support

Half day (4 hours): $300
Full day (8 hours): $600

Additional hours available at $75/hr

We come with you to the theme parks to help with your kids all day. We wait in lines with them, help everyone through mealtimes, and find quiet spots for naps or breaks. Our team handles the strollers and bags so you can actually relax. We make sure the children stay happy and calm even when the park is busy. Having us there means you can take a moment for yourself while knowing your little ones are safe and having a wonderful time with an expert caregiver.

Special Needs Support

Our expert educators offer a mindful presence, focusing on sensory-friendly pacing, gentle queue navigation, and careful preparation for transitions. We handle accessibility logistics and mobility support with a warm, affirming approach, allowing your family to experience the parks with complete peace of mind and quiet confidence. This level of service includes planning and preparation.

Extended or multi-day Support

This tier offers comprehensive care that flows with your family's daily rhythm. From morning preparations and park navigation to late-night events and bedtime routines, our expert educators provide a seamless, reassuring presence. Multi-day coverage ensures consistency with a familiar caregiver, offering children a sense of security and giving parents complete peace of mind from sunrise to sleep. This level of service includes planning and preparation.

Founder Support

This level of support is ideal for families seeking the highest level of individualized care, thoughtful planning, and professional guidance during their Orlando vacation. Dr. Safstrom works closely with families to understand their child’s needs and provides calm, structured support to help children navigate transitions, sensory experiences, and changes in routine while visiting Disney, Universal, and the surrounding area.

Dedicated Two-Person Support

Starting at $175/hour combined

This service is custom quoted based on the number of children, the level of support needed, and the complexity of the day.

Dedicated Two-Person Support is available for situations in which a child or family needs two caregivers because of safety concerns, elopement risk, multiple children requiring individualized care, or a more complex itinerary.
